Drop the black out shades to watch a movie or make a meal in our small but well equipped kitchen .Sleep comfortably in a queen bed , while the black out shades won’t let any sun in. An extra guest staying over, take advantage of our bonus room.Control the temperature with a remote controlled mini split air condition with heat and dehumidifier modes in the bedroom and kitchen . Ceiling fans throughout the house set on low will add additional cool air if necessary.Florida themed bathroom stocked with essentials towels, starter toilet paper, soap and shampoo.Work from homers can rest assured the 24 in monitor HDMI connection and WiFi will make work travel easy . Also have a speedy and secure direct Ethernet line behind the office counter . (If you don’t have a HDMI port you will need to bring an adapter )🙂Hop on a beach cruiser , grab a beach chair and cooler if you’re going exploring . And feel free to use our washer / dryer .Guest accessGuests get full and exclusive access to the entire property. We only ask that you do not open the exterior garage door or use it for any other purpose other than to access the laundry area. Any containers labeled for owner/ cleaning crew use are not to be opened.
